About Josh: From an early age I can remember being content with a few simple art supplies in my little hands. Not much has changed over the years. My free time still consists of painting or making music. Portraits have become a focus over the past few years. I enjoy working with a simple color pallet and have recently begun to use broad and expressive brush-strokes, adding drips and swirls to create a unique portrayal of people’s memories through portraiture. Having grown up in rural Black Creek, I currently live with my wife and daughter in Courtenay BC Canada."
